yum禁用fastestmirror加速插件
centos我一般用163或者搜狐的源，其他的速度慢，但是yum自带的fastestmirror加速插件
每次都是自作聪明的运行一番，速度慢多了，禁用fastestmirror加速插件方法如下。
修改以下配置文件
